The 6 Phase Meditation

This is a guided meditation created by Vishen Lakhiani. He guides you into abundance and transformation through each of these stages:

  1. Connection
  2. Gratitude
  3. Freedom from negative charges
  4. Creative visualization
  5. Intentions for the day
  6. Blessing

This one is a very personal 6-phase dynamic meditation technique that I developed myself and use on a daily basis. I shared this with friends and family and people truly love it and they all loved it.


You can try this out in the morning when you wake up or before you go to bed. All you need is twenty minutes to yourself. Give it a go and leave a comment about the positive changes you notice flowing into your life.
