  2. This is a great app to give a simple yet powerful technique easy access. This style of meditation is ancient and profound when practised on a regular basis. It’s great to be able to carry it round and use it anywhere. Technology is wonderful for reminding us what wise teachers have been trying to teach us for centuries.
