Flow / Inspiration / Manifesting

How to move forward when you’re feeling stuck.

Something that is desired so deeply but is a long time coming can develop a pattern of vibration that makes you feel paralysed.

If you have an area in your life where you’re feeling that exact vibrational pattern, the desired outcome shifts towards clarity rather than the desire of a manifestation. A desire for clarity to know what is necessary in order to move forward. During this feeling of paralysis the mind is saying “I want it, I should be finding solutions to make it happen, I need to have it soon, I feel like a failure without it.” this is only the ego speaking not your inner being.

Over the years you may have worked so much towards a particular desire through a lot of effort, energy and action, yet it still hasn’t shown up to meet you. Clearly when you become irritated and agitated by your desires the timing is way off. When things work out and fall into place smoothly the timing is inspired, every single time. In those moments of irritation that it’s not happening, in the ‘beating yourself up over the reasons why it’s not happening,’ sets the desire further and further apart.

Stepping out of the mind and into the heart to feel how it feels to be in the flow and in alignment rather than forcing action, is the only way of relaxing into the current state and making the best of where you are. In a relaxed state ideas flow easily into your mind, while experiencing the relaxed state without the desired outcome the only thing that matters is releasing the tension, feeling the relief of letting go, the release of letting it go. It’s from this relaxed state of letting go that ideas flow with ease.

Ease the resistance by saying these words; “When the timing is right I’ll feel it, when the momentum is right my feelings of responding will be clear to me and in the meantime everything is alright.”

Learning to feel your way places, instead of thinking your way there will light up the answers within that you’ve spent so long searching for.

All Love

  1. I’m struggling so much with this right now! I want to know my purpose so badly so I can start moving forward and make some career decisions, but this blog post says it all. Thinking and stressing about it just makes things more challenging. I need to learn to let go and be content whether I know the answers or not.

    • We all do! Here’s a perfect quote to carry around as a reminder by the poet Rainer Maria Rilke: “Try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them, and the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now.” Thank you so much for sharing!

  2. For most of us the clarity that comes from moving towards the north node in a chart (astrological- I am an astrologer) gives the answers we need to move on the path….it is a direction. I have worked with charts for decades and always see that those who are following the gift in the North Node are less anxious, more on path. The South Node is where we fall back to our comfort zone or to the gifts we came in with that are easier…but still leave questions unanswered.
